About the Company

Roventum is engaged in the sale, service, and repair of laundry equipment, household appliances, and heat pumps. Our customers primarily consist of private property owners, tenant-owner associations, and municipal housing companies, but we also provide service to private individuals. Roventum's operations are based in Sundsvall but are also established in Gävle and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of which about 30 are employed at Roventum.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will primarily work with the service and repair of household appliances, heat pumps, and laundry equipment. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, executing the technical aspects of the assignments, and reporting deficiencies in materials or work. The job is independent and varied; you largely control your daily routine together with our customers and your colleagues.

Your role will also include the responsibility of acquiring new customers and ensuring that orders are handled and executed within the specified time. The work also involves some administrative tasks related to service assignments, such as documentation, reporting, and order management.

The position is based in a location where Roventum's operations are under development, which means that the role requires you to be confident in your professional role, accustomed to working independently, and taking personal responsibility.

You will be based at our sister company's, Technical Property Service, office. There will be colleagues present, although the role is largely independent.

Qualifications

You have general technical knowledge, and we prefer that you have some form of electrical training.

We would like you to have experience from the industry, such as working with household appliances, laundry equipment, heat pumps, or similar technical fields.
